Art Fiesta 2025, a first-of-its-kind art camp, was inaugurated on 12 December 2025 at the Shri Pran Kishan Koul Institute of Music and Fine Arts, University of Kashmir. Organized under Viksit Bharat-2047 with the theme "Bold Vision, Brighter Future," The camp offers students exposure to the region's landscape, heritage, and cultural ethos, while providing opportunities to work alongside senior artists. It also underscores the importance of collaboration, innovation, and shared commitment in shaping a hopeful and creative future aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat-2047.
